HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
It's a shame to hear that you would like to return your package or parts of it, however our goal is to only have happy customers. That's why we have a 14 days satisfied customer policy. You can return your purchase even if you've tried it.
In order to complete this process as efficiently as possible, we would ask you to follow these 4 steps:
1. Please add a note within the parcel you wish to return to us stating the original order number and the country where you are shipping it from.
2. Subsequently, send your used or unused items to the following address:
3. Write down the tracking code that you will receive when you post the package at the shipping company of your choice.

to initiate refund. It is important that you provide us with a tracking
number so that we can efficiently take care of your return.
Please note that, according to our Terms & Conditions, we do not cover shipping for this return.
REFUND POLICY:
- We do not refund the cost of shipping if you paid for DHL Express. Only the cost of the products will be refunded.
- If you provided the wrong shipping address and your order has been marked as delivered according to the tracking number, we are unable to issue a refund. If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will deduct the cost of shipping from the refund amount.
- Orders of more than 10 items are not eligible for a refund. Large orders or orders for distribution are not able to be returned and no refund will be issued.
